Abstract: The generic character of the regularity in the sense of
Jongen, Jonker und Twilt is studied for a particular class
of embeddings, wich represents a quadratic penalty
procedure. In this paper we state a suitable perturbation
result (into the mentioned class), which is the main part
for the proof of genericity. Finally, the results of some
numerical experience are mentioned and two selected
examples are presented.
