Peter L. Evans

General Information

Here at the Institut für Mathematik of the Humboldt University of Berlin, my research interests have been in the mathematical modelling and simulation of:

  • thin liquid coatings in the presence of surface tension gradients and compositional changes due to evaporation
  • thin solid films driven by surface diffusion
  • other mathematical problems in industry
