Key card
With a key card, pool room 2.213 is accessible after 20:00 on weekdays. Staff also gain office access.

Who is eligible?
- Students: after passing the maths preliminary exam – pool 2.213 after 20:00
- PhD students, staff: from start of contract – offices + pool
- Visitors, fellows: on request, with confirmation from the host
02 · Application
How to apply
A short email with the details below is enough.
Required information
- First and last name
- HU account name
- Role (student / PhD / staff / visitor)
- Staff only: room number
03 · Loss
Lost your card?
Please report it immediately so we can disable the card – otherwise anyone could use it to enter the institute.
Email help.math@hu-berlin.de with your name and approximate time of loss. A replacement is available during office hours (Mon–Fri 10–11).
