Key Cards – Selected Processes
This page presents, by way of example, three processes concerning key cards in schematic form: reporting a lost or defective card, the issue of an IT loan card while an HU account is still pending, and the initial request for a key card. The diagrams serve as an aid to orientation; the authoritative provisions – including for all matters not depicted here – are those of the key card policy and the Service Level Agreement (SLA). The references provided link directly to the relevant provision.
