Ankündigungen / Announcements

  • 12.04.2022: The exam results from 11.04.2022 are now posted. I will be available for Klausureinsicht in my office (1.301) on Tuesday 19.04.2022 from 14:00-15:00. If you can't make it during that time but would still like to look at your marked exam, send me an e-mail and we'll work something out.
  • 18.01.2022: As a result of the internet outages that interrupted today's lecture, the video of the lecture exists in two parts, and a portion in the middle (containing most of the proof of the Gauss lemma) is unfortunately missing.

Exam info (NEW)

Here is a practice exam.

As indicated in the instructions on the practice exam, the actual exam will be open book, so you will be allowed to use any non-electronic resources you bring with you (i.e. books and notes, but not smartphones). Any material that was covered in the lectures in this course should be considered examinable; all of it is in the lecture notes, though the notes also contain some non-examinable material (anything that is labelled as an "Addendum" or marked with a footnote saying that it is provided only for information).

Prof. Wendl will be available during the usual Tuesday (online) office hour in the week preceding each exam date, i.e. on 22.2 and 5.4.

Übungsblätter / Problem sets

Problem sets will normally be posted in this spot every Wednesday and discussed in the problem session (Übung) the following week. They will not be collected or graded.
